Serve your guests mini-cake confections instead of a slice of wedding cake


Instead of serving your guests the traditional slice of wedding cake at your Reception, have your cake designer make individual mini-cake confections for about 3/4 of the guests.  Some people don't even eat cake, and these could be offered along with a dessert bar or alone.  The Bride and Groom would have a small cake just for the cake-cutting ceremony.
